Kishwaukee Archers NO FOAM DAIR Outdoor shoot. Come shoot this out of the box outdoor round on the D.A.I.R indoor target face. If you want to work on your shooting skills and course management don't miss this one. 30 target qualifying round then head to head bracketed shoot down round with 8 shooters per bracket. This round will be challenging and EXTREMELY fast paced!! Outdoors at distances of 10 feet to 50yd max with marked yardage.

Kishwaukee Archers NO FOAM DAIR Outdoor

NO FOAM DAIR SHOOT WILL USE ASA OUTDOOR RULES

1 RANGE

1A= 1=30 Target range or 1 =15 target range shot twice for a total of 30 targets.

1B= Targets must be marked by one distance per target.

1C= Max of 50 yards and a minimum of 15 feet in random distances (48 yd 1foot 6 inches).

1D= Each 15-target range must have 2 targets between 15 feet to 20 yards

                                                                          2 targets between 21 yards to 25 yards

                                                                          2 targets between 26 yards to 31 yards

                                                                          3 targets between 32 yards to 36 yards

                                                                          3 targets between 37 yards to 41 yards

                                                                          3 targets between 42 yards to 50 yards

1E= Each shooting position must have the width to shoot 4 shooters across with clearance to the target for four across shooting.      

1F= Range backstop must be capable of holding 4 Delta D.A.I.R Targets two on top and two on the bottom.

1G= 4 shooting stakes at the shooting line 30” between each stake.

 1E = All target will be taped to plus or minus 6”

 1F = Rangefinders may be used.

2 SHOOTING

2A= All Four archers will shoot at the same time

2B= Each archer will have their own target. Archers on the outside will shoot the top target the two inside archers will shoot the lower target.

2C= Archers will decide the target to be shot before the first target is shot. Top Right, Top Left, Bottom Right, Bottom Left. Archers will shoot the same target for the first 15 targets then switch bottom to top and top to bottom.

2D= Lower 12 is in play . Upper 12 must be called at each target

2E=One arrow per target.

2F= Scoring 14–12-10-8 are in play each target

2G= Arrow must touch the line to be counted to the higher score

2H= Archers will have 90 sec to shoot a single arrow. Time will start as a shooter advance to the shooting line.

2I = Range captain may enforce the 90 sec rules if two empty targets are in front of a group.

2J= Any arrow that cannot be reached from the shooting line is considered a shot arrow.

2K = 2 Archers will score one archer will call arrows majority rules on arrow calls.

2L = Ties in the qualification round for bracket position will be by number of bonus points. 

CLASSES AND EQUIPMENT RULES

3A = No Classes If the 30-target round is followed by a bracket elimination round.

3B = Equipment must comply with ASA.NFAA, IBO and USArchery rules.

3C = Equipment failure on the qualification round archer must exit the range in a safe manner. 15 min will be given to make needed repairs.4 arrows only can be shot on the practice range before returning to the range. Archer will be accompanied by a range captain for makeup of the missed targets.

3D = Equipment failures will not be allowed on the elimination round

3C No Crossbow’s

ELIMINATION ROUND

4A=Thirty arrow qualification round then archers will be divided into brackets of 8 shooters per brackets high to low.

4B= The Set System Elimination round will be used.

4C= Archers will shoot head-to-head matches One arrow per target ,2 points for a win 1 point for a tie first archer to 6 points moves on.

4D = 5 ends max if archers are tied one arrow sudden death. If archers are tied after 2 sudden death targets scoring will change to in – side – out scoring.

4E = All archers must stay with the bracket group until all matches have been decided

4F = Archers may use binoculars when they step up to the shooting line Binoculars can not be used after the bow is drawn back and let down .

 

QUALIFICATION ROUND TOP SCORE

5A = Tied scores for the top qualifier will be shot off. bonus points in the qualifying round to break ties will not be used.

5B = Arrow to arrow sudden death 14-12-10-8 scoring

5C = Regular scoring for first two targets then In-Side- Out scoring.

5D = All targets will be marked distances.
